• Delivery times are scheduled within the delivery window but are not guaranteed at specific times.

• You acknowledge responsibility for providing correct delivery information. Fabulous Fox Designs is not responsible for orders undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, missing gate codes, or unavailability of recipients.

• In the case of unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, road closures, or emergencies), Fabulous Fox Designs reserves the right to reschedule delivery at its discretion.

• Fabulous Fox Designs reserves the right to decline orders or event requests that conflict with scheduling capacity, location availability, or design fit.
