Due to the perishable and custom nature of fresh floral arrangements, all sales are final once the order has been confirmed and processed.

Fabulous Fox Designs takes great care in sourcing, designing, and delivering each arrangement. If an issue arises upon delivery (such as damaged product or incorrect order), please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so we may review and resolve the concern. We may require photos of the arrangement to properly assess the issue.

Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund due to product preparation and inventory sourcing.

Event floral design retainers and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable due to the custom nature of floral procurement, design planning, and scheduling.
